"Most people think of a dental experience as a scene out of The Marathon Man where Laurence Olivier does a drill-job on Dustin Hoffman. Long and Painful. The experience at Progressive Dental in general, with Dr. Valle and his staff in particular,
was the antithesis... a pleasant and pain-less experience (relative to dentistry of course).

Firstly, when I walked up to the front desk I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff. The staff are the Directors of First Impressions, so that set the tone. The front team made sure I was comfortable first, then talked about the inevitable (but surprisingly little) paperwork. They kept me apprised of the minor wait, as I had to come in for an “emergency” appointment. They did not hem and haw, but made sure I was comfortable and got me in as quickly as possible.

Secondly, on another visit, the technical staff (every bit as friendly and efficient as the front desk team) started the prep’ and exam process utilizing top of the line equipment one would associate with NASA or a Star Wars movie. The hygienist and x-ray tech conducted their duties like buzzing bees - and just as quickly had me prepped for Dr. Valle before I had a chance to finish the article I was reading from the ample selection of diverse magazines. (Not just year old Parade inserts or aromatic issues of Vogue.)
